What is the thickness of these envelopes? Our decorative envelopes are crafted from 250gsm premium cardstock-grade paper. This is significantly thicker and more durable than standard office envelopes, providing a luxurious, high-quality feel for special invitations and professional correspondence.
Is the gold detailing real metallic foil? The gold accents on our envelopes are created using a high-quality foil-style printing technique. This provides a sophisticated metallic-effect visual without the use of actual metal leaf. It ensures a smooth, elegant finish that is both beautiful and cost-effective.
What sizes are available? Currently, this collection is available in the DL format (approx. 22 × 11 cm). This size is ideal for tri-folded A4 sheets, standard DL invitation inserts, and slim greeting cards. Please check the “Specifications” section on each product page for exact dimensions.
2. Usage & Compatibility
Are these envelopes suitable for mailing? Yes, they are designed for mailing. However, due to the 250gsm heavy-weight paper, these envelopes are thicker and stiffer than standard mailers. We recommend checking with your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) as additional postage or “non-machinable” surcharges may apply depending on your region.
Can I print directly onto the envelopes? The envelopes feature a smooth matte surface suitable for many printers. However, because they are made from heavy 250gsm cardstock, we strongly recommend checking your printer’s manual to ensure it can handle thick media and the DL size format to avoid paper jams.
How do I seal the envelopes? These envelopes feature a traditional moist-seal (gummed) flap. Simply moisten the adhesive strip along the edge of the flap and press firmly to secure.
3. Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
4. Returns & Refunds

What if my items arrive damaged? If your envelopes are damaged during transit, please take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

How should I store these envelopes? To preserve the color and the adhesive quality, store your envelopes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid placing heavy weights on top of the pack to prevent creasing.
